Privacy Policy — Stockframe

Stockframe ("the app") is an inventory management application developed by Abbas (abbasdev57). This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data we collect:

• Email address and name — collected at registration, used only for authentication and account management.
• Inventory data you enter — product names, SKUs, categories, stock quantities, transaction history — stored securely in your account and not shared with any third party.
• Product images — uploaded by you, stored via Cloudinary under your account's folder.

Data we do not collect:

• Location data
• Device contacts or media beyond images you explicitly select for upload
• Analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Advertising identifiers

Third-party services:

Each service has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore (Google) — handles secure authentication and stores your inventory data. Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Cloudinary — stores product images you upload. Policy: cloudinary.com/privacy

Account and Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To request deletion, please email abbasdev57@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted: Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account credentials (name and email), all of your inventory data from Cloud Firestore, and all uploaded product images from Cloudinary.

What is retained: No personal data or inventory data is retained after the deletion process is complete.
